Walnut Cake
Simple, moist, nutty and best cake.
Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 sticks unsalted butter, at room temperature
- Three complete eggs
- 2 tablespoons vanilla
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ cups milk
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- ½ teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup simple walnuts, chopped
- Powdered sugar, for dusting

Preheat oven to 350ºf. Butter and flour a tube-style (angel
food) pan.
