Avocado Caprese Burger Salad

Simple to make and best for pretty much any time, you’ll love the scrumptious taste of this Avocado Caprese Burger Salad!



Ingredients


  • four  MorningStar® Farms Meat Lovers Burgers
  • 5 cups Mixed Greens
  • 1  Avocado, Pitted And Diced
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes, Halved
  • 1 cup Fresh Mozzarella Pearls
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste
  • Balsamic Glaze For Drizzling, If Desired
FOR THE DRESSING:

  • ⅔ cups White Balsamic Vinegar
  • ½ cups Olive Oil
  • ½ teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste

Preparation

Preheat grill to medium according to bundle directions. Place frozen burgers onto grill and prepare dinner for 8-10 minutes, turning midway through.

While burgers are grilling, prepare dressing. In a small bowl or medium Mason jar with lid, put together the dressing. Add white balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Whisk in bowl or screw on lid to Mason jar and shake to combine. Refrigerate until ready to serve salad.

In a big bowl, integrate combined greens and top with diced avocado, halved tomatoes, and mozzarella pearls. Season with salt and pepper. Add dressing and gently toss to combine. If preparing ahead of time, wait to add dressing till geared up to serve.

Top salad with grilled burgers and drizzle with balsamic glaze. Enjoy!
