Spaghetti Squash and Pork Stir-Fry
Skip nutrient-free rice and use roasted spaghetti squash along with your beef stir-fry rather. Serve with stir-fried greens for a properly rounded meal!

- ½ complete roasted spaghetti squash
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 complete scallions, sliced
- 1-½ pound lean red meat tenderloin, cut into strips
