Roasted Chickpeas

All you need is just a few, easy ingredients and a hot oven so one can get crispy and crunchy roasted chickpeas! Eat as a snack or as a topping for your favorite salad.




Ingredients
1 can (15 oz. Length) chickpeas, tired and patted dry
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ teaspoons kosher salt


Manual

Preheat oven to four hundredºf.

Toss chickpeas with olive oil and salt and roast for 40 minutes, rotating the pan midway throughout roasting.
