Blackened Grilled Pork Kebabs
Smooth

Ingredients
- 1 entire beef tenderloin
- 1 massive vidalia onion
For the seasoning:
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
- 2 tablespoons cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper, greater if you want it highly spiced
- ½ teaspoons black pepper
Preparation
