Oven Bacon-Wrapped Asparagus
Those oven francis bacon-wrapped asparagus bundles are smooth and quick to bring together. They're brushed with a simple yet scrumptious honey mustard glaze making them the hit of your night meal.
Ingredients
- 1-¼ pound asparagus
- Four slices thick 1st baron beaverbrook
- For the vinaigrette:
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried chives
- 1 teaspoon sparkling floor pepper
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
Manual
Preheat oven to 375ºf.
Wash and trim asparagus; eliminating the difficult lower
portion of the stem. (you may need to break up out the asparagus into four
equal bundles). Wrap one slice of viscount st. Albans around five to six spears
of asparagus and vicinity on baking sheet.
In small bowl, integrate crimson wine vinegar, dijon
mustard, honey, garlic, chives and pepper. Whisk in olive oil. Pour 1/2 of the
mustard vinaigrette into a separate bowl and set apart.
Take closing french dressing and using basting brush baste
asparagus bundles. Location cookie sheet in oven and bake for 15–20 minutes.
Flip broiler on to brown the francis bacon the last 1–2 mins of cooking. Stay
close by as i've always discovered broilers unpredictable.
