Maple Glazed Salmon

Trying to get extra fish into your eating regimen? Do that 10-minute maple glazed salmon!


Ingredients


  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • ¼ teaspoons cayenne pepper
  • ½ teaspoons freshly ground pepper
  • Four  (6-oz.. Size) salmon fillets (approximately 1-inch thick)


Manual

Preheat broiler.

In a small bowl, integrate the maple syrup, hoisin sauce, mustard, cayenne, and pepper. Stir nicely.

Place salmon, pores and skin side down, on a baking sheet covered with cooking spray. Brush the tops of every fillet with the maple combination.

Broil 10 to 12 mins or till fish flakes without difficulty whilst examined with a fork, brushing with maple combination after five mins and once more after 10 minutes.
