Breakfast Sliders
These Breakfast Sliders are a healthful alternative to the
standard dairy and carb stuffed model, with simplest 4 components needed!
Ingredients
- 1 entire Sweet Potato
- 4 slices Bacon
- 4 complete Eggs
- 1 entire Avocado
- Olive Oil, Salt, And Pepper, As Needed
Preparation
Heat oven to 425ºF.
Peel, wash and slice candy potato into slices (approximately
1/four inch). Assemble slices on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
Season slices with salt, pepper and olive oil. Cook slices in oven for about 20
mins.
While sweet potatoes are inside the oven, cook dinner bacon
and scramble eggs. Cut and peel avocado, then slice into smaller pieces, small
sufficient to area on top of candy potato slices.
Remove sweet potato slices from oven, allow to rest for a
few minutes .Cut bacon slices in half, then vicinity on top of sweet potato
slices. Layer scrambled eggs, then near with additional sweet potato slice. Top
off with a slice of avocado.
Pierce a toothpick thru each slider to make certain
stability.
