Crab Roll Sandwich
Outstanding sandwich for the summer time. Only a few elements and dinner is on the desk. Crab and sparkling corn are the highlights.
Ingrediants
- ¼ cups mayonnaise
- 1 entire lemon, juiced
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon antique bay seasoning
- 1 ear corn
- 1 pound dungeness crab
- 1 whole tomato
- 2 sprigs thyme
- salt and pepper, to flavor
- four complete hot canine buns
- butter, for the buns
Instruction
Combine mayo, lemon juice, dijon, and vintage bay in a bowl and integrate.
Cut corn from the ear and upload to a bowl. Add final components (except buns and butter). Salt and pepper to flavor.
Brush buns with butter and either toast to your grill or below the broiler until golden brown. Top each bun with some salad. Salt and pepper to taste.
