Vegan Cookie Dough Toast
a wholesome breakfast toast that tastes like cookie dough!
Ingredients
- ⅓ cups reduced sodium chickpeas, tired and rinsed
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter, plus additional for drizzling
- 1 tablespoon agave
- ½ teaspoons raw vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoons cinnamon
- pinch of salt
- four slices bread of desire (i used gluten free)
- 2 teaspoons cacao nibs
Manual
In a small meals processor (mine is three cups), combine
chickpeas, peanut butter, agave, vanilla, cinnamon and salt until properly
combined. You'll need to stop and scrape down the edges of the food processor
pretty often, and blend for a couple of minutes, to get it best and clean.
Toast bread and divide cookie dough on pinnacle (about 1
heaping tablespoon in keeping with toast), spreading out thinly. Sprinkle the
cacao nibs on top of every toast and drizzle with extra peanut butter. eat!
Be aware: cookie dough may be made and stored within the
fridge, if you most effective want to devour one toast at a time. This way,
you’re equipped to move each morning!
