Ham and Swiss Sliders
These Ham and Swiss Sliders are birthday celebration ideal, clean to prepare and oh so scrumptious. Melted Swiss, candy ham, and creamy Dijon mayo combine to make these sliders the hit of any party.
Ingredients
- ⅔ cups Mayonnaise
- 3 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard, Divided
- 1-½ Tablespoon Honey
- 12 Slider Buns
- ½ pounds Thin Sliced Sweet Deli Ham
- ½ kilos Thin Sliced Deli Swiss Cheese
- 2 Tablespoons Sesame Seeds
- ⅓ cups Butter
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
- ¼ teaspoons Fresh Ground Pepper
Manual
In small bowl whisk collectively mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard and honey.
Using large serrated knife, slice sliders buns in 1/2 horizontally. Spread Dijon mayo over backside and layer half of of the ham, Swiss and closing ham. Cover with pinnacle half of of rolls.
Toast sesame seeds in a dry skillet over medium heat for about three minutes; or until lightly browned. Stir regularly.
In small microwaveable bowl, soften butter. Stir in last 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, pepper and toasted sesame seeds. Brush over the top of the rolls.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350ºF for 20 mins or until cheese is heated through and melted. Remove aluminum foil the previous couple of mins of baking to brown the tops gently. Remove from oven and slice via rolls and serve.
