Rice Pudding

Ingredients
- 1-½ cup Water
- ¾ cups Medium Grain White Rice
- ½ teaspoons Salt
- 1 Egg
- ¼ cups Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- ½ teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 2 cups Milk
Preparation
In large saucepan, convey water to a boil. Add rice and
salt; deliver returned to a boil. Turn to simmer, cover with tight becoming
lid, and cook 15–20 minutes or till water is absorbed.
Increase heat to medium low, upload milk and prepare dinner
until thick and creamy stirring constantly, about 15–20 mins.
In small bowl, whisk egg. Add 1 to two tablespoons of the
recent liquid to the egg, whisking constantly. Once whisked in, repeat again
thoroughly whisking after each addition till egg mixture has warmed. Slowly
whisk egg mixture and sugar into rice and milk aggregate. Cook for an
additional 2–3 minutes. Turn off warmness and stir in butter and vanilla
extract.
