Old Bay Salmon Cakes
Antique bay salmon desserts

Ingredients
- ¼ cups mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 2 teaspoons antique bay seasoning
- 1 tablespoon clean lemon juice
- ½ teaspoons sea salt
- 1 teaspoon clean cracked black pepper
- 12 ounces, weight salmon filets, skinless (2 filets)
- ½ tablespoons sparkling dill, minced
- ¼ cups celery, finely diced
- ¼ cups pink onion, finely diced
- 1 large egg or egg white (optionally available)
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- Avocado oil or canola oil, for frying
- For the avocado salsa
- 1 avocado, peeled seeded and diced
- ¼ cups crimson onion, diced
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
- Fresh lime juice, to taste

In a medium bowl, upload
mayonnaise, mustard, old bay, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Integrate properly
and set apart.
Cube salmon into small portions,
about 1/four inch in size. Switch to large bowl. Add dill, celery and crimson
onion. If using egg or egg white, whisk and add to salmon combination.
Upload mayonnaise aggregate and
panko bread crumbs to salmon combination. Fold collectively nicely.
Shape patties, the use of a 1/4
