Pumpkin Spice Granola
This Pumpkin Spice Granola is a delicious way to take
pleasure in the flavors of fall!
Ingredients
- 3 cups Old Fashioned Oats
- 1 cup Chopped Walnuts
- ¾ cups Pumpkin Seeds
- 1 cup Dried Cranberries
- three teaspoons Pumpkin Pie Spice
- ½ teaspoons Cinnamon
- ½ teaspoons Salt
- ¼ cups Packed Light Brown Sugar
- ½ cups Pumpkin Puree
- ½ cups Melted Coconut Oil
- ⅓ cups Maple Syrup
Manual
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line a huge baking pan with a silpat
mat or parchment paper. Set aside.
In a big bowl, combine the oats, walnuts, pumpkin seeds,
dried cranberries, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, and salt. Set aside.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, pumpkin,
coconut oil, and syrup till very well blended.
Pour pumpkin mixture over the oats and stir nicely, ensuring
that the oat combination is completely protected.
Spread granola frivolously onto prepared baking sheet and
location into oven.
Bake for 25–half-hour till golden brown, stirring each 10
mins to keep away from burring. However, if you like granola clusters, do no
longer stir even as cooking. This will ensure that you get those large, crunch
clusters.
Remove from oven and let cool completely on baking pan.
Enjoy!
