Healthy Oatmeal Bran Banana Pancakes


Wholesome oatmeal bran banana pancakes. No sugar delivered.



Ingredients
  • 2  bananas
  • ¼ cups rolled oats
  • ¼ cups brown flour
  • 1 tablespoon wheat bran
  • 1 tablespoon undeniable greek yoghurt
  • ¼ teaspoons vanilla essence
  • ½ teaspoons baking powder
  • 1  egg
  • Pinch of salt
  • ½ teaspoons butter or coconut oil for cooking



Manual

Location bananas in a large bowl and mash with a fork. Add final ingredients and blend well.

Region about half teaspoon butter in a frying pan and spoon 1 heaped tablespoon of mixture consistent with pancake into the pan. Prepare dinner on medium warmness for approximately 1 half of mins on every facet until golden. I cooked 3 pancakes at a time.
