Cinnamon Frosted Zucchini Bars

Skinny bites of cake with a creamy frosting. Ideal manner to apply the ones zucchini from the lawn!



Ingredients

For the cake:

  • ¾ cups butter, softened
  • ½ cups granulated sugar
  • ½ cups brown sugar
  • 2 complete eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1-¾ cup flour

  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 cups zucchini, grated
For the frosting:

  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons milk

Instruction

For the cake, cream butter, sugar and brown sugar. Upload eggs and vanilla. Blend in flour, cinnamon and baking powder. Mixture in zucchini.
