Chocolate Chunk Banana Bread Bars

Ingredients


  • 6 Tablespoons Almond Flour
  • ¼ cups Tapioca Flour
  • 2 Tablespoons Coconut Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoons Salt
  • 2  Large Ripe Bananas, Mashed
  • 2  Eggs
  • ½ cups Creamy Almond Butter
  • ⅓ cups Coconut Oil, Melted And Cooled
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1 cup Chocolate Chunks

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Grease and line and eight x eight-inch pan with parchment paper. Set aside.

Whisk almond flour, tapioca flour, coconut flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.

In a separate bowl, blend bananas, eggs, almond butter, coconut oil, and vanilla till properly-mixed. Stir in dry substances. Fold in chocolate chunks.

Transfer batter to organized pan and bake in preheated oven for 30–35 mins. Let cool 15 mins before slicing into bars.
