Mexican Salad

Mexican salad this is the perfect evening meal.



Ingredients


  • 1 head lettuce chopped
  • 1 whole avocado, peeled and diced
  • 2 entire medium tomatoes, diced
  • 8 ounces, weight colby-jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 pound lean ground red meat
  • 1 entire medium onion, diced
  • 1-½ teaspoon chili powder
  • ¼ teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoons pepper
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 can (15 ounces. Can) black beans, drained and warmed up
  • 1 package deal (three.5 oz.. Size) tri shade tortilla strips
  • ½ cups thousand island dressing

Manual

In massive bowl integrate lettuce, avocado, tomatoes, and cheese and mix it up.
In a medium length skillet add red meat, onions, chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper. Saute for approximately 10 mins and then stir in garlic.
Combine the meat, black beans, tortilla strips, thousand island dressing and fold into the big bowl.
