Chocolate Protein French Toast

So clean to make, dairy-loose, gluten-loose and protein-packed to maintain you complete till lunch!



Ingredients

  • ½ cups Liquid Egg Whites (four Egg Whites)
  • 2 Tablespoons Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cocoa Powder
  • ¼ cups Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  • ½ teaspoons Vanilla Extract (I Use A Pinch Of Stevia)
  • Sweetener Of Choice, And To Taste (I Used Pure Stevia)
  • 2 slices Bread Of Choice (Guten Free Or Whole Wheat)
  • 2 Tablespoons Natural Peanut Butter
  • ½ Tablespoons Mini Chocolate Chips


Preparation

In a huge baking dish, stir egg whites, protein powder, cocoa powder, almond milk, vanilla extract and sweeten to flavor.

Place bread inside the egg aggregate and allow soak for 10 mins. Flip and permit the bread soak any other 10 minutes.

Once bread is prepared, spray a griddle (or huge pan) with cooking spray and heat to medium warmness.
Cook bread till lightly golden brown on every facet, about three–4 mins in step with facet.

Pop the peanut butter in the microwave for about 30 seconds to 1 minute until clean and melted. Pour the peanut butter over the french toast and garnish with chocolate chips. Devour.

Note: I used whey protein, however you may possibly use a dairy-unfastened kind!
