Fudgy Brownie Cookies

Ingredients
  1. 8 ounces, weight semisweet chocolate
  2. 4 ounces, weight unsweetened chocolate
  3. 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
  4. 1-½ cup sugar
  5. Three whole eggs
  6. 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  7. 1 cup flour
  8. 1 pinch salt
  9. 1 cup powdered sugar
