Paleo Crepes

These Paleo Crepes are an easy and more healthy opportunity to normal crepes.


Ingredients

FOR THE CREPES:
  1. 1 cup Pancake Mix, Preferably Paleo
  2. 4 entire Eggs
  3. 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  4. 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  5. 2 Tablespoons Coconut Oil, Melted
  6. ¼ cups Water

FOR THE FILLINGS AND TOPPINGS:
  1. Almond Butter
  2. Chopped Banana
  3. Blueberries
  4. Melted Dark Chocolate


Manual

Mix crepe components. Spray a pan with olive oil or nonstick spray and warmth on medium-excessive. Slowly pour mix into hot pan. Swirl pan until combination turns into a circle and covers the pan (like an omelette). Allow mix to prepare dinner for 2–three minutes on each aspect. Carefully get rid of crepe from pan onto a plate.

To gather, spread almond butter on 1/2 of the crepe. Top with chopped bananas and blueberries. Fold like a quesadilla, then fold one side once more. Pour melted dark chocolate on top.
