Cranberry Chocolate Chip Breakfast Cookies

Ingredients
  • 1 cup shelled walnuts
  • 1 cup uncooked unsalted almonds
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1  egg
  • ½ teaspoons baking soda
  • ½ teaspoons cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoons salt
  • ½ cups dried cranberries
  • ¼ cups darkish chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • ½ cups rolled oats


Instruction

Preheat oven to 350ºf. Unfold walnuts and almonds onto baking sheet (over parchment paper if you have it). Toast nuts for eight mins, stirring midway.
