Pan-Fried Salmon

 
Ingredients
  1. 25g/1oz margarine
  2. 150g/5½oz salmon filet, skin on, thickly cut
  3. ½ lemon, squeeze just, in addition to lemon wedges to decorate
  4. little bunch Tenderstem broccoli
  5. salt and crisply ground dark pepper

Manual

Liquefy the spread in a griddle. Include the salmon skin-side down, season with salt and naturally ground dark pepper and press over a little lemon juice. Sear for 2-3 minutes, at that point turn the salmon over and broil for a further 1-2 minutes, or until cooked through. Press over somewhat more lemon squeeze and taste to check the flavoring. Expel from the skillet and put aside.

Place the broccoli into a skillet of bubbling salted water and bubble for 3-4 minutes, or until still somewhat firm. Deplete the broccoli.

To serve, heap the broccoli onto a serving plate and best with the seared salmon. Enhancement with lemon wedges.
